The State of Illinois is divided into three districts to i§Z$§ih&i&‘i¤§&ié¢?°` known as the northern, southern, and eastern districts of Ilhnors. m"‘*°°" The northern district shall include the territory embraced on the first day of July, nineteen hundred and ten, in the counties of Cook, Dekalb, Du e, Grundy, Kane Kendall, Lake, Lasalle McHenry, and Will, wliiiii shall constitute the eastern division; the temtory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Boone, Carroll, Jo Daviess, Lee, Ogle, Stephenson, Whiteside and Wmne- T°"“'· bago, which shall constitute the western division. Terms of the district court for the eastern division shall be held at Chicago on the first Mondays in February, March, April, Mag, June, July, September, October, and November, and the third Mon aiy in December; and for the western division, at Freeport on the thir Mondays m Alplril and °“‘°°’· October. The clerk of the court for the northern district sh maintain an office in chai; of himself or a deputy at Chicago and at Freeport, which shall kept {pen at all tunes for the transaction of the business of the co1u·t. e marshal for the northern district shall maintain an office in the division in which he himself does not . reside and shall appoint at least one deputy who shall reside therein. §“,$$""*“°‘· The southern district shall include the territory embraced on the first day of July, nineteen hundred and ten, in the counties of Bureau, Fulton, Henderson, Hem·y, Knox, Liviragston, McDonough, MarshaH, Mercer, Putnam, Peoria, Rock Islan , Stark, Tazewell, Warren, and Woodford, which shall constitute the northern division; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Adams, Bond, Brown, Calhorm, Cass Christian, Dewitt,. Greene, Hancock, Jersey,M Logan, McLean, Macon, Macoupm, Madison, Mason, Menard, orsigomery, Morgan, Pike, Sangamon, Schuyler, “`°""‘· and Scott, which sh constitute the southern division. Terms of the district court for the northern division shall be held at Peoria on the third Mondays m April and October; for the southern division, at Springfield on the first Mondgis m January and Jime, and at °m°°•· Quincy on the first Mondays_m_ arch and September. The clerk of the court for the southern district shall maintain an office in charge of himself or adeputy at Peoria, at Springfield, and at Quincy, which ` shall be kept open at all trmes for the transaction of the business of the court. The marshal for said southern district shall appoint at least one deputy residing m the said northern division, who shall E¤¤¢er¤¤iM¤t maintain an office at Peoria. The eastern district shall include the territory embraced on the first day of July, nineteen hrmdred and ten, in the counties of Alexander, Chamlpargn, Clark, Cla , Clinton, Coles, Crawford, Cumberland, Douglas, dgar, Edwards, Effingham, Fayette, Ford, Franklin, Gallatin, Hamilton, Hardin, Iroquois, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson, Johnson,_ Kankakee, Lawrence, Marion, Massac, Monroe, Moultr1e,_Perry, Pratt Pope, Pulaski, Randolph, Richland, Saint Clair Sahne, Shelby, ]Union, Vermilion, Wabash, Terms Washington, Wayne, White, and Wrlhamson. Terms of the district .court for the eastern district shall be held at Danville on the first Mondays in March and September ;_ at Cairo on the first Mondays in ' 1Aipr1l and October; and at East Samt Louis on the first Mondays in °“°°•· ay and November.
