Ch.248. 1910. 393 Heads of departments in high and manual training schools in Group B of class six, twelve in all, at a minimum salary of one thousand nine hundred dollars each; Teachers of the normal, high, and manual training schools promoted for superior work, Group B of class six, seven in all, at a minimum salary of one thousand nine hundred dollars each: Provided, Pfgggggusto Gm That hereafter no teacher shall be elggible to Group B, class six, who B, crass 6._ P has not attained the maximum of roup A: Arid provided further, R°“°“°"°“‘ That hereafter no more than seven teachers shall be promoted in any one year from Group A, class six, to Group B, class six: Arid mL{f'§€§Xi{§',c§§’e,,‘f°" provided further, That teachers now employed in Group A, class six, in the normal, high, and manual training schools, or hereafter to be i appointed in the said normal, high, or manual trainingl schools, may be placed in said Group A, class six, and receive their longevity increase according to their previous number of years of experience in tcachingugrp) accredited normal, high, or manual training schools: Provided, ever, That nothing contained herein or in the Act G§;‘,*{}‘jfig{*a;Sf,’°m approved June twentieth, nineteen hundred and six, shall be con- v¤1.s4§p.s1s.` strued to authorize the promotion or appointment to Group A, class six, of teachers of manual training, drawing, physical culture, music ` domestic science, and domestic art in the normal, high, and manual training schools, and those who have not passed the required examination and do not ossess the qualifications provided in the said Act: And provided furtllier, That teachers of manual training, drawing, etg*¤;*e‘,§_*gle¤_“¤¤‘¤¤· physical culture, music, domestic science, and domestic art in the " normal, high, and manual training schools shall continue in classes four and five, and be entitled only to the longevity pay provided for said classes.
