The said board of children’s guardians is authorized to accept u,{*,,§,°§*{{,’}°° °‘ "°" voluntary aid in the placement and supervision of children under 1ts care. The disbursing officer of the District of Columbia is authorized to Ad"‘*“°°’°°”€°°*· advance to the agent of the board of children’s guardians, upon re uisitions reviously approved by the auditor of the District of Cdlumbia and upon such security as may be reqluired of said agent by the Commissioners of the District o Colum ia, sums of money not to exceed two hundred dollars at any one time, to be used for expenses in (placing and visiting children, traveling on official business of the boar , and for office and sundry expenses, all such expenditures to be accounted for to the accounting officers of the District of Columbia within one month on itemized vouchers roperly approved.
