WHEREAS it ap ears that the public good will be promoted by adding to the Kaibali National Forest certain lands within the Territory of Arizona which are in part covered with timber, and by el1m1- nating from said Forest certain lands; _ _ $g}‘¤3*},“*;°¤3{,”°d*°°d· Now, therefore, I, William H. Taft, President of the United States ` ` of America, by virtue of the power in me vested by the Act of Congress approved June fourth, eighteen hundred and mnety-seven, entitled "An Act Making] a propriations for sundry civil expenses of the Government for the Escal year ending June thirtieth, eig teen hundred and ninety-eight, and for other pulréposes/’ do_ proclaim that the boundaries of the Kaibab National orest are hereby changed and that they are now as shown on the diagram formin a part hereof.
