[Private, No. 211.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Brlegresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, at the Secretary of the P°°si°°s` Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws-- _ ` The name of Eliza J. Sparrow, widow of Edwin C.
