Sec. 7. That each lease sha contain provisions deemed necessary ,,,,I,;’,,‘§§?‘,,§'§" °' ““* for the protection of the interests of the United States, and for the prelpentron of monopoly, and for the safeguarding of the public we are. Sec. 8. That any lease issued under the provisions of this Act i,,;,‘l"°"“'° "°°°°d' may be forfeited and canceled by an appropriate proceeding in the United States district court for the district in which the property or some part thereof is located whenever the lessee fails to comply Gt°`m°m°" with any of the provisions of this Act, of the lease, or of the eneral 1'6€¤1&i·10¤S promulgated under this Act and in force at the date of t of db the lease, and the lease may provide for resort to appropriate methods mm for the settlement of disputw or for remedies for lilreach of specified conditions thereof.
