Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, .That there is Bunker mu smurhereby established a commission to be known as the United States §’:,‘F“"i“’ °°"““** Bimker Hill Sesquicentennial Commission (hereinafter referred to p°§,{*g°**°·; Md °°¤¤· as the commission) and to be composed of eleven commissioners, as °n°` follows: Three persons to be appointed b the President of the * United States, four Senators by the President of the Senate, and four Members of the House of Representatives by the Speaker of the House of Representatives. The commission shall serve without N° °°¤¤P°¤==**i¤¤· compensation and shall select a chairman from among their number. Src. 2. There is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any r0§`i°r:i·f1i¤gi°ii°ciih:¤`i money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated the sum of $5,000 i>*§’,-jj lm to be expended by the commission for actual and necessary traveling 'p` ` expenses and subsistence while discharging its official duties outside the District of Columbia. Sec. 3.
