Sec. 6. Payments heretofore made by disbursing officers from w§§"§§*“,§§,{°,{0f,f,f,°>§§ Engineer Department appropriations to per diem employees of that iezeiizeddepartment for work performed in excess of four hours on the Saturday half holidays provided for by Executive Orders of June _ 9, 1914, and August 4, 1920, are hereby legalized, and the General O§§§‘}§,“c,e*}§€°,§‘,§‘,§,P,§ Accounting Office is hereby authorized and directed to allow credit mekmgfor such payments in the accounts of said officers. _ Sec. 7.
