_ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the ng$°i·u$i»(id¤I¤°i1i°;°$d`m United States ogezlmerica in Congress assentbled, That the Secretary BeI;g;;*;‘c*;,;,ga§{°;*u°;{{ of the Interior , and he is herebg, authorized to cancel two certain mentsresemumotnbal trust patents issued to Richar Bell, deceased, Round Valley "‘°’°'°Y °f‘ allottee, numbered 604 and 662, on the Round Valley Indian Reservation in California, embracing lands described as lot 13, in section 2, township 22 north, range 13 west of Mount·Diablo meridian, containing ten acres, for which a trust patent was issued as of date of April 15, 1895; also the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter and the north half of the north half of the southwest quarter • of the southwest quarter of section 21, township 23 north, range 13 west of the Mount Diablo meridian, in California, containing fifty acres, for which a trust patent was issued on December 22 1910; and to thereupon restore the lands involved to the status of tribal property of the Round Valley Indian Reservation. ‘ Approved, May 24, 1924. iidyiii CHAP. 179.-An Act To amend an Act entitled "An Act authorizing the _TFuHE7€`&'EiéT— payment of the Choctaw and Chickasaw town-site fund, and for other purposes? That section 3 of the Act approved April 28, 1904, entitled "An Act authorizing the payment of the Choctaw and Chickasaw town-site fund, and for other purposes," be and is hereby amended so as to read as follows: Payments otamcunw “Sec. 3. That if any person whose name appears upon the rolls ii·iiiii,(i:»°i§iiiu¤li°}s!l°°s as herein provided shall have died subsequent to the 25th day of °df’°*—33»P·5’1·°m°”d‘ September, 1902, and before receiving his pro—rata share of the accumulated town-site fund, the money to which such person would have been entitled, if living, shall be distributed and paid direct to his heirs, according to the laws of descent and distribution, as Mm t of provided in chapter 49 of Mansfield’s Digest of the Statutes of nas.
