State and Territorial homes for disabled soldiers and sailors: °°“°i““'““ dd °°‘ For continuing aid to State or Territorial homes for the support of disabled vo unteer soldiers, in conformity with the Act approved p_l£,ij°5’p‘*°°'V°1‘*1’ August 27, 1888, as amended, including all classes of soldiers admissible to the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, $700,000: Provided, That for any sum or sums collected in any man- <}i$°uiiiio¤ from anner from inmates of such State or Territorial homes to be used for mmthe support of said homes a like amount shall be deducted from the aid herein provided for, but this proviso shall not apply to any State or Territorial home into which the wives or widows of soldiers are admitted and maintained.
