CHAP. 89.-An Act Granting a certain right of way, with authority to J8l1¥gl¤I{·%%4€4l?5‘ improve the same, across the old canal right of way between Lakes Union and [P¤bli¤»N¤· 329-l Washington, King County, Washington. , Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That there is wI;§,§,§,Sm0lg¤*°¤Ca;¤;f hereby granted to the city of Seattle, Washington, a mimicipal Wash. _ ' corporation, organized and existing under the laws of said State orS:}?;1i¤·g:gtii1g1ild1:>i as a city of the first class, an easement and right of way for street “"“’· purposes over and across the old canal right of way between Lakes Union and Washington, in King County, Washington, as follows: Beginning at the intersection of University Boulevard and D¢¤<=¤*1>¤¤¤- Twenty-fifth Avenue north, extended, and running in a north- . easterly direction to lot 1, block 11A, Lake Washington shore lands, said right of way to conform in width to said Twenty-fifth Avenue which is sixty-six feet. That whether said right of way be straight or curved shall be determined b the Secretary of War Kpon the recommendation of the Chief of Eiiigineers, United States rmy. _ Sec. 2.
