There is hereby conferred upon the Nebraska-Iowa Bridge ¤’°°°**°°·°*°· Company, its successors and assigns, all such rights and powers to enter upon lands and to acquire, condemn, occupy, possess, and _use real estate and other property needed for the locat1on, construction, operation, and maintenance of such bridge its approaches and terminals as are possessed by railroad cor orations for ra1lroad§>ur- poses _or by bridge corporations for bridlge purposes in the tate in wh1ch such re estate or other property is situated, upon making . just compensationtherefor, to be ascertamed and paid according to c,,,£°°'},_‘},°f“““°“ V"' the laws of such State, and the proceedings therefor shall be the game as in the condemnation and expropriation of property in such tate. . · 'I`¤¤¤¤¤*·¤¤¤¤¤d· Sao. 3.
