[Public, No .343.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the President is authorized to permit the United States Marine Band to attend and give concerts at the Confederate Veterans' Reunion to be held at Little Rock, Arkansas, May 8 to 11, 1928 . SEC. 2 . For the purpose of defraying the expenses of the band in attending such reunion there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $7,872, or so much thereof as may be necessary .
