1001 SEC . 22 . That section 301, paragraphs 3 and 4, of the World War ed ol.43,p.624, amend. Veterans' Act, 1924, as amended (section 512, title 38, United States Vol.45,p. 969. U. S. C.,p.1225; Code), be hereby amended to read as follows :
