Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appro- priated, the sum of $5,386,367, to remain available until December 31, 1933, to enable the Secretary of War to carry out the provisions of the Act entitl ed "An Act to enable the m others and wid ows of the deceased soldiers, sailors, and marines of the American forces now interred in the cemeteries of Europe to make a pilgrimage to these cemeteries," approved March 2, 1929 (Forty-fifth Statutes, page 1508), and any Acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto, includ- ing reimbursem ent of the ap propriations of the War Dep artment of such amounts as have been or may be expended therefrom in the administration of such Act, and for such additional em ployees in the Office of the Quartermaster General of the Army as the Secre- tary of War may deem necessary .
