The right to sell, assign, transfer, and mortgage all the etc., conferred . rights, powers, and privileges conferred by this Act is hereby granted to P ensacola Brid ge Corporatio n (a' Florida corporation), its successors and assigns ; and any corporation to which, or any person to whom, such rights, powers, and privileges may be sold, assigned, or transferred, or who shall acquire the same by mortgage, foreclosure, or otherwise, is hereby authorized and empowered to exercise the same as fully as though conferred herein directly upon such corporation or person . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Chicago and Saint Louis Railroad Company, its successors and assigns, to construct, m aintain, and operate a rai lroad bridge a nd approaches thereto across the Kankakee River, at a point suitable to the inter- ests of navigation, on the line between the counties of Laporte and Starke, and in Dewey Township, in Laporte County, and Rail- road Township, in Starke County, in the State of Indiana, in accord- ance with the provisions of an Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906. SEC. 2 .
