Laws applicable. SEC. 2. All laws now in force and effect for the condemnation of streets in accordance with the plan of the permanent system of highways for the District of Columbia shall be applicable to the condemnation for the widening of Piney Branch Road as provided for in this Act, and the indefinite appropriation for the opening, extending, widening, or straightening of streets in accordance with said plan shall be available for the payment of any and all costs and expenses in connection with the condemnation proceedings Conflicting laws re- instituted in accordance with this Act . pea led.
