y Conveyance of, to of Commerce is hereby authorized to convey by quit-claim deed to Michigan . the State of Michigan, subject to the conditions hereinafter pro- vided, all the lands embraced within the Cheboygan Lighthouse Reserv ation, Mic higan, des cribed as follows Description . Beginning at a point in the west boundary of lot 1, section 22, townsh ip 38 nort h, range 1 west, wh ich is due west and one thousa nd three hundred and twenty feet distant from the quarter corner be- tween sections 22 and 23, township 38 north, range 1 west ; thence north one degree twenty-five minutes west, six hundred and sixty- four feet to a stake ; thence continuing north one degree twenty-five minutes west, twenty feet more or less to the shore of Lake Huron
thence westerly and southwesterly along the shore of Lake Huron to its intersection with a line through the point of beginning and bearing south eighty-eight degrees thirty-five minutes west from sa me ; th ence nort h eighty-e ight degre es, thirty -five minu tes east, ninety feet more or less to a stake ; thence continuing north eighty- eight degrees, thirty-five minutes east, two thousand six hundred and eighty -six feet to t he point of beg inning, contai ning in all for ty- one and thirteen one-hundre dths acre s more or less . The lands herein authorized to be conveyed shall be used park p urposes. by th e State of Michigan solely for public-pa rk purpose s subject to the right of the United States to have access to such lands at all times for the purpose of maintaining a telephone cable across such Reversion clause . lands .
