For the expenses of the United States Army, which is hereby Participation authorized to participate on October 16, 17, 18, and 19, 1931, in the expenses' sesqu icentennial celeb ration at Yorktown , Virginia, to be held pur- suant to Public Resolution, Numbered 89, Seventy-first Congress, approved June 17, 1930, entitled " Joint resolution providing for the participation of the United States in the celebration of the one hundred and fiftieth anniversary of the siege of Yorktown, Virginia, and the surrender of Lord Cornwallis, on October 19, 1781, and authorizing an appropriation to be used in connection with such celebration, and for other purposes," including transportation to and from Yorktown, of troops, tentage, supplies, equipment, and all other expense incident to a proper participation in said celebration, includ- ing the expenses of the Army Band, which is hereby authorized to participate in said celebration, $30,000 .
