INTERN ATIONAL TRADE EXHIBI TION The unexpended balance of the appropriation of $150,000 con- ta ined in the First Defic iency Act, fiscal year 1 928, a pp rov ed De cem - ber 22, 19 27, for carryin g out the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to provide for maintaining, promoting, and advertising the International Trade Exhibition," approved February 14, 1927 (44 Stat., p. 1095), is herby made available for the same purposes until June 30, 1930, including the payment of obligations incurred for such purposes from June 30, 1928, to the date of the approval of this Act. NA TIONAL ADVISO RY COMM ITTEE FOR AER ONAUTIC S The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed, upon the request of the chairman of the National Advisory Com- mittee for Aeronautics, to make transfers during the fiscal year 1930 from the appropriation " National Advisory Committee for Ae ronautics, f iscal y ear 1930," to the appropriation "Printing and binding, National Adv isory Committee for Aeronautics, fiscal year 1930," of sums not to exceed in the aggregate $5,000 .
