- Not to exceed $5,857 of the
unexpended balance of the total amount heretofore appropriated for the construction of the Coolidge Dam across the canyon of the Gila River near San Carlos, Arizona, is hereby made available during the fiscal year 1930, for the payment of property and other damage claims, in addition to the amount of $163,452 provided for such purpose in the First Deficiency Act, fiscal year 1928. Coolidge Dam across canyon of Gila River, Arizona (reimburs- able) : For an additional amount for completing construction of the Coolidge Dam across the canyon of the Gila River near San Carlos, Arizona, as authorized by the Act of June 7, 1924 (43 Stat., pp . 475-476), and under the terms and conditions of and reimbursable as provided in said Act, as supplemented or amended, fiscal years 1930 and 1931, $37,500 : Provided, That any unexpended balances of appropriations made pursuant to said Act of June 7, 1924, as supplemented or amended . are hereby continued available for the same pur pose s un til June 30, 1931 .
