Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives o f the Uni ted Stat es o f Amer ica in Cong ress as semb led, Tha t the t ime for completing the construction of a bridge across the Mississippi Ri ver at or ne ar the ci ty of Lansing, Iowa, authorized to be built by the Interst ate Bridge Compan y, its successors and assigns, by an Act of Congress approved March 10, 1928, is hereby extended thre e yea rs f rom M arch 10, 1931 . SEC. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment . expressly reserved . Appr ove d, F ebru ary 28, 1931 . CHAP . 338 .-An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the Allegheny River at or near Emlenton, Venango County, Pennsylvania . Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives o f the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Allegheny River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Emlenton, Venango County, Penn sylva nia, in a ccor dance wit h the pro visi ons of an Act enti tled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges ov er navigable waters," appro ved March 23, 1906 . SEC. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved . Approved, February 28, 193 1 . CHAP . 339 .-An Act To extend the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Missouri River at or near Rulo, Nebraska . Be it enacted b,y the Senate and House o f Representatives o f the United States of America in Congress assembled, Tha t the tim es for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Missouri River at or near Rulo, Nebraska, authorized to be built by John C. M ullen, T. L. Davies, John H. Hutchings, and Virgil Falloon, all of Falls City, Nebraska, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, by Act of Congress approved March 29, 1928 , heretofore extended by Act of Congress approved June 10, 1930, are hereby further extended one and three years, respectively, from March 29, 1931 .
