Louisville, Kentucky, post office, courthouse, customhouse, and so forth : The limit of co st fixed in the Act making appropriations for the Treasury Department for the fiscal year 1929, approved March 5, 19 28 (45 Stat ., p. 179 ), is hereby increased from $2,800,000 to $2,985,000 . Lynchburg, Virginia, post office and courthouse : The provision for this p roject in the Se cond De ficiency Act, fi scal yea r 1928, approved May 29, 19 28 (45 Stat., p. 921), shall include the acquisi- ti on of ad ditional land, and the limit of cost is increas ed from $550,000 to $848,000 and so much of the amount appropriated under the authority of su ch Act as may be required is hereby ma de avail- abl e toward the purchase of such addition al land . Milford, Connecticut, post office, and so forth : The l imit of co st fixed in the Second Deficiency Act, fiscal year 1929, approved March 4, 1929 (45 Stat., p. 1659), is hereby increased from $100,000 to $140,000 .
