There is hereb y conferred u p on the State Hi g hwa y Bo ard approaches, etc . of Georgia, the State Highway Department of South Carolina, the city of Augusta, and Richmond County, Georgia, all such rights and p owers to enter u pon lands and to acquire, condemn , occupy, posses s, a nd use real esta te and other pro perty needed for the location, co n- struction, operation, and maintenance of such bridge and its approaches as are possessed by railroad corporations for railroad pur- poses or by bridge corporations for bridge purposes in the State in which such real estate or other property is situated, upon making just compensation therefor, to be ascertained and paid according to Condemnation pro - the laws of such State, and the proceedings therefor shall be the ceedings .

United S tates of America in Congress assembled, That the times for T ime ex ten ded for bridging, at mouth of commencing and completing the construction of the bridge across Clarks River, lKy. t he Tennessee Riv er at or near th e mouth of Clarks River, authoriz ed to be built by the State Highway Commission, Commonwealth of Kentucky, by the Act of Congress approved May 18, 1928, and here- tofore extended by the Act of Congress approved March 2, 1929, are hereby further extended one and three years, respectively, from May 18, 1930 .
