Be it en act ed by the Senate and Hou se of Representatives of the Schuylkill River . United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the consent mayrbridge,at Reend-- of Congress is hereby granted to the Commissioners of Berks County, lug. Penns ylva nia, to co nstr uct, maint ain, and opera te a free high way bridge and approaches thereto across the Schuylkill River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the westerly end of Buttonwood Street in the city of Reading, Pennsylvania, and connecting at or near the easterly end of Valley Street in the bor- ough of West Reading, in Berks County, Pennsylvania, in accord- ance with the provisions of an Act entitled " An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906 . Amendment .

Res olved by the Senat e and Ho use o f R epre sent ative s of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the authority c onfe rred upon the Secre tary of A gricu lture by the p rovis ions of th e joint resolution entitled "Joint resolution for the relief of f arm - ers in the storm, flood, and/or drought stricken areas of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Ohio, Oklahoma, Indiana, Illinois, Minnesota, North Dakota, Montana, New Mexico, and Missouri," approved March 3, 1930, is hereby extended to include the making of advances or loans to farmers for the purchase of fuel and oil for tractors for use in crop production . Raskob of Congress is hereby granted to Helena S . Raskob, and her may da m, in Queen An nes Coun ty, Md. successors and assigns, to construct and maintain a dam at a point on her prop erty acro ss Robin s Cove, a small tributary of the Chester River, near the town of Centreville, in the county of Queen Annes, in the State of Maryland, in accordance with the provisions of section 9 of the River and Harbor Act, approved March 3, 1899
