267 CHAP. 240 .-An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Navy, in his discretion, to deliver to the president of the Lions Club, of Shelbyville, Tennessee, a bell of any naval vessel that is now, or may be, in his custody; and to the president of the Rotary Club, of Shelbyville, Tennessee, a steering wheel of any naval vessel that is now, or may be, in his custody . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized, in his discretion, to deliver to the president of the Lions Club, of Shelbyville, T ennessee, a bell of any naval vessel that is now, or may be, in his custody; and to deli ver to the pres ident of the Ro tary Cl ub, of S helbyvi lle, Tenn essee, a steer ing whee l of an y naval vessel that is now, or may be, in his custody : Provided, That no expense shall be incurred by the United States through the delivery of said bell and steering wheel.
