SEC . 306 . CATTLE, SHEEP, SWINE, AND MEATS-IMPORTATION Cattle, etc . PRO HIB ITE D IN CE RTA IN CASES. (b) MEATS UNFIT FOR HUMAN FOOD .-No meat of any kind shall fooddeats for human be importe d into th e United States unless s uch meat is healt hful, w hol eso me, and fit for hu man fo od and co nta ins no dy e, che mic al, unless Adm ission refused, p reservat ive, or ingredien t which renders such meat unhealt hful, unwholesome, or unfit for human food, and unless such meat also complies with the rules and reg ula tio ns made by the Sec ret ary of Agriculture. All imported meats shall, after entry into the United pu eef inspection oa be States in compliance with su ch rules and regulations, be deemed complied with . and treated as domestic meats within the meaning of and subject to the provisions of the Act of June 30, 1906 (Thirty-fourth Statutes Vol- 34,pp.674,768. at Large, page 674), commonly called the " Meat Ins pecti on Ame nd- U.S. O.,pp.621,631. ment," and the Act of June 30, 1906 (Thirty-fourth Statutes at L arge, page 768), commonly called the " Food and Drugs Act," and Acts amendatory of, supplementary to, or in substitution for such Acts . SEC. 307 . CONVICT MADE GOODS-IMPORTATION PROHIBITED .
