Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Missouri River. Montana, etc ., may United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the consent bridge, at Poplar, of Congress is hereby granted to the State of Montana, the counties Mont . of Roosevelt, Richland, and McCone, or any of them, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River, at a point suitable to the interests of construction.
