Indian supplies : For an additional amount for purchase and transportation of Indian supplies, fiscal year 1927, $367 .18 . Recording the Indian sign language : For all expenses necessary in recording the sign language of the American Indians, as author- ized by and in accordance with the Act of April 8, 1930, fiscal year 1931, $5,000 .
