PROCLAMATIONS, 1935. miles to a point on the summit of the Blue Ridge Mountains where this road crosses the Augusta-Nelson County line; thence in a north- westerly direction along the Augusta-Nelson County line which is the top of the Blue Ridge Mountains for a distance of approximately 4.3 miles to Bald Mountain; thence in a southwesterly direction along the Augusta-Nelson County line for a distance. of approximately 5.3 miles to Lone Tree; thence in a northwesterly direction along the Augusta-Nelson County line to a point that is common to Augusta, Nelson, and Rockbridge Counties, which is approximately one-fourth of a mile distant from Lone Tree; thence in a northerly direction along the hydrographic divide between Spy Run and Groahs Creek for a distance of approximately 2.3 miles to the point of beginning. All persons are hereby infonned that it is unlawful to hunt, catch, trap, willfully disturb, or kill any kind of game animal, game or non- game bird, or fish, or to take th~ eggs of any such bird, on any lands within the refuge established by this proclamation, or in or on the waters thereof, except under such general rules and regulations as ma,y be prescribed from time to time by the Secretary of Agriculture.
