NOTE: Edible starch and fecula of corn imported in any form, the product of the United States of America, shall be classified under item 290-B, but shall not be sub- ject to a rate of duty in excess of $3.64 per 100 kilograms. 312-A NOTE: Felt-base oilcloth floor coverings, the product of the United States of Amer- ica, shall be classified under item 312-A . 318-B NOTE: Cinematograph films classified un- der item 318-B, the product of the United States of America, may be imported tem- porarily under bond for preliminary show- ing to distributors and for purposes of censorship, and no duties shall be collected on such films which are not released for distribution or which are refused by the censorship board, provided they have not been exhibited publicly and are reexported within a maximum period of 30 days from the date on which they are withdrawn from customs.
