ARTICLE 13-During the entire duration of this Agreement, this officer shall be entitled to the benefits which the Peruvian Army Regulations provide for officers of corresponding rank in the Peruvian Army. Rank and preced- ARTICLE 8-The officer shall fnee. serve in Peru with the rank he holds in the United States Army, and shall wear the uniform of his rank in the United States Army, but shall have precedence over all Peruvian officers of the same rank. Disciplinary regula- ARTICLE 9-The officer shall be Ions. governed by the disciplinary regu- lations of the United States Army. Responsibility. ARTICLE 10-The officer shall be responsible directly and solely to the Minister of War of Peru. TITULO II Requisitos y Condiciones ARTfCULO 8-El oficial desem- pefiara sus funciones en el Perd con el mismo grado que tiene en el Ejercito de los Estados Unidos y llevara el uniforme correspondien- te a su grado en el Ejercito de los Estados Unidos, pero tendra pre- cedencia sobre todos los oficiales peruanos del mismo grado. ARTfCULO 9-El oficial se regirA por los reglamentos de disciplina del Ej6rcito de los Estados Unidos. ARTfCULO 10-El oficial sera sola y directamente responsable al Ministro de Guerra del Perd. ARTfCULO 11-Durante el peri- odo en que este oficial preste servi- cio bajo los t6rminos de este Acuerdo o cualquier pr6rroga del mismo, el Gobierno del Perdi no empleara los servicios del personal de ningin otro gobierno extran- jero para los fines y deberes especi- ficados en este Acuerdo. ARTfCULO 12-Este oficial no divulgara, ni de manera alguna revelarA a gobierno extranjero alguno, o a persona alguna, nin- gin secreto o asunto confidencial que puedan llegar a su conoci- miento, ya sea como consecuencia natural de sus funciones o en cualquiera otra forma, entendien- dose que continuara respetandose este requisite aun despu6s de la expiraci6n o cancelaci6n del pre- sente Acuerdo o de cualquier pr6rroga del mismo.
