VETERANS' ADMINISTRATION Administration, medical, hospital, and domiciliary services: For an additional amount, fiscal year 1947, for "Administration, medical, hospital, and domiciliary services", $165,000,000: Provided, That the amount available to repair, alter, improve, or provide facilities in the several hospitals and homes under the jurisdiction of the Veterans' Administration is increased to $5,500,000; and the limitation on travel expenses imposed by section 105 of the Independent Offices Appro- priation Act, 1947, is increased to $8,043,000. Military and naval insurance: For an additional amount, fiscal year 1947, for "Military and naval insurance", $1,000,000, to remain available until expended. Vocational rehabilitation revolving fund: To increase the "Voca- tional rehabilitation revolving fund (Act of March 24, 1943)", created by the Urgent Deficiency Appropriation Act, 1943, $200,000.
