Such license shall be issued at the time and in the manner provided in paragraph numbered 5 of this section. pquaiflcationsofaP "(b) An applicant for a license shall submit proof satisfactory to the Commissioners, on such forms as the Commissioners may prescribe, that he is not less than twenty-one years of age, a citizen of the United States, of good moral character; that he is a graduate of a recognized high school or educational equivalent; that he is a graduate of a school or college of embalming, whose course of instruction is not less than nine months, comprising not less than eight hundred and forty hours of study, and that he has had not less than two years' practical experience Examination. in the business or profession.
