OFFICE FOR EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PIIILIPPINE ALIEN PROPERTY ADMINISTRATION Administrative expenses, Philippine Alien Property Administra. tion: The Philippine Alien Property Administrator is hereby author- ized to pay out of any funds or other property or interest vested in him or transferred to him, necessary expenses incurred in carrying out the powers and duties conferred on him pursuant to the Trading with the Enemy Act, as amended (50 U. S. C .
