DEPARTMENT OF LABOR NATIONAL WAR LABOR BOARD The limitation upon the amount which may be expended for printing and binding in the appropriation "Salaries and expenses", National War Labor Board, fiscal year 1946, is hereby increased from $30,000 to $49,000 so as to authorize the completion under said appropriation of the National War Labor Board termination report and war history at a total cost of not exceeding $39,600.
