(1) by striking out "42.5 % ad val." and inserting in lieu thereof "42.5% ad val., but in the case of ornamented fabrics not less than the rate which would apply to such fabrics if not ornamented"; and (2) by striking out "90% ad val." and inserting in lieu thereof "90% ad val., but in the case of ornamented fabrics not less than the rate which would apply to such fabrics if not ornamented". (b) TEXTILE FABRICS W I T H TUCKS.—Item 357.60 (p. 147) is amended— (1) by striking out "42.5% ad val." and inserting in lieu thereof "42.5% ad val., but not less than the rate which would apply to such fabrics without tucks"; and (2) by striking out "90% ad val." and inserting in lieu thereof "90% ad val., but not less than the rate which would apply to such fabrics without tucks".
