CERTAIN WOVEN FABRICS CONTAINING MAN-MADE FIBERS OR

WOOL.—Schedule 3, part 3, subpart B is amended by inserting after item 335.50 (p. 138) the following new items: 30^ per lb. +45% ad val.

SEC. 17. ORNAMENTED FABRICS; FABRICS WITH TUCKS. (a) ORNAMENTED FABRICS.—Item 353.50 (p. 144) is amended—

(1) by striking out "42.5 % ad val." and inserting in lieu thereof "42.5% ad val., but in the case of ornamented fabrics not less than the rate which would apply to such fabrics if not ornamented"; and (2) by striking out "90% ad val." and inserting in lieu thereof "90% ad val., but in the case of ornamented fabrics not less than the rate which would apply to such fabrics if not ornamented". (b) TEXTILE FABRICS W I T H TUCKS.—Item 357.60 (p. 147) is amended— (1) by striking out "42.5% ad val." and inserting in lieu thereof "42.5% ad val., but not less than the rate which would apply to such fabrics without tucks"; and (2) by striking out "90% ad val." and inserting in lieu thereof "90% ad val., but not less than the rate which would apply to such fabrics without tucks". SEC. 1. USED BAGS AND SACKS SUITABLE FOR BALING COTTON. 8 Schedule 3, part 4, subpart C is amended by striking out item 356.50 (p. 146) and inserting in lieu thereof the following: 356.50 356. 51
