SEC. 202. None of the funds appropriated by this title may be used to pay the compensation of any person hereafter employed as an attorney (except foreign counsel employed in special cases) unless such person shall be duly licensed and authorized to practice as an attorney under the laws of a State, territory, or the District of Columbia. SEC. 203. Seventy-five per centum of the expenditures for the offices of the United States attorney and the United States marshal for the District of Columbia from all appropriations in this title shall be reimbursed to the United States from any funds in the Treasury of the United States to the credit of the District of Columbia. SEC. 204. Appropriations and authorizations made in this title which are available for expenses of attendance at meetings shall be expended for such purposes in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Attorney General. SEC. 205. Appropriations and authorizations made in this title for salaries and expenses shall be available for services as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109. SEC. 206. Appropriations for the current fiscal year for "Salaries and expenses, general administration", "Salaries and expenses, United States attorneys and marshals", "Salaries and expenses. Federal Bureau of Investigation", "Salaries and expenses. Immigration and Naturalization Service", and "Salaries and expenses, Bureau of Prisons", shall be available for uniforms and allowances therefor as authorized by law (5 U.S.C. 5901-5902). SEC. 207. Appropriations made in this title shall be available for the purchase of insurance for motor vehicles operated on official Government business in foreign countries. This title may be cited as the "Department of Justice Appropriation Act, 1972". TITLE III — DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE GENERAL ADMINISTRATION SALARIES AND EXPENSES
