Public Law 94-57 94th Congress An Act To amend section 3620 of the Revised Statutes with respect to certain disbursements to be made by banks, savings banks, savings and loan associations, and credit unions.

Be it enacted by the /Senate and House of Representatives of the United, States of America in Congress assembled, That (a) subsection Congressional (b)(3) of section 3620 of the Revised Statutes (31 U.S.C. 492(b)(3)) employees. is amended by striking out "(except the Senate and House of Repre- Payroll Sentatives)".

(b) W i t h respect to the Senate, the amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect whenever the Secretary of the Senate determines the feasibility of compliance with the amendment, but in no event, later than July 1, 1976. (c) W i t h respect to the House of Representatives, the amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect whenever the Clerk of the House of Representatives determines the feasibility of compliance with the amendment, but in no event, later than July 1, 1976.
