Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Federal Leslie C. Arends building located at 1511 East Empire Street in Bloomington, Illinois, Building, 111. is hereby designated as the "Leslie C. Arends Building". A.ny reference Designation, in any law, regulation, document, record, map, or other paper of the United States to such building shall be considered to be a reference to the Leslie C. Arends Building. Approved October 27, 1978.
