Diagram 244 shows the cuff of Lord-Lieutenant.

Diagram 243 is the skirt flap for the Lord-Lieutenant.
The cuff for the Deputy-Lieutenant is finished quite plain.
The coatee worn by the Lieutenant of the City of London is of the same pattern as that worn by the Lord-Lieutenant, but with a few distinctive emblems associated with the City of London.
