Order, 1550 and (2) The India and Hyderabad (Exchange of Enclaves) Order, 1950. The main provisions of these orders are that the enclaves will form part of the absorbing units, the laws of the surrendering units will be replaced by those of the absorbing units and the properties and assets as well as rights, obligations and liabilities in respect of the enclaves will pass on to the Government of the absorbing unit.
