WHO'S WHO IN CHINA
Mr. Ch’ien the Third Order of Chiaho in January 1920; the Third Order of Wenfu in January 1921; and the Third Order of Paokuang Chiaho in February 1921. Since June 1922 Mr. Ch'ien has been the vice-president of the Bank of Communications. In April 1923 Mr. Ch'ien was appointed a Member of the commission for the Consideration of China's finance.
