BALL, Ruth Norton, (Miss), a native of Wisconsin, a former resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, living in California for ten years. Sculptor. A creative artist and teacher. Her bronze sculpture "Mother and Child" is in the permanent collection of the San Diego Fine Arts Society. She executed the commission for the Emery bronze tablet at the entrance of the Cincinnati Museum Building.
