Should we create an ASCII only page or a UNICODE page ? ie: should we accept ---> or require the Unicode character “→” (U+2192) or “￫” (U+FFEB) or should we use HTML characters like (U+2192) → → → or (U+FFEB) ￫ ￫  ???
