Groven: Seems a misprint for "Grevin." i.e. Grevinchovius (Nicolaas Grevinckhoven). There is a section which is mysteriously headed alternately "Dissertatio de Praedestinatione ex Fide Praevisa" and "Dissertatio de Electione ex Fide Praevisa" in "Dissertatio Theologica de Duabus quaestionibus hoc tempore controversis, Quarum prima est de reconciliatione per mortem Christi impetrata omnibus ac singulis hominibus: Altera, de Electione ex fide prævisa. Sermone primùm inchoata, posteà vero scripto continuata, Inter Gulielmum Amesium Theologum Anglum et Nicolaum Grevinchovium, Ecclesiastem Roterodementem."

This is the second of two sections (after "Dissertation Theologica de Morte Christi") and forms by far the larger part of the book, starting at https://books.google.co.uk/books?id=vNFWAAAAcAAJ&pg=PA88 . I gather that the book is a report of a debate between Grevinckhoven (Arminian) and William Ames (Calvinist), which I have seen referred to as taking place in Rotterdam and taking place before the Synod of Dordt. Not being a competent reader of Latin I have not been able to assess quickly whether the book says when or where the debate took place.

Both this and the Dutch edition "Theologische Verhandelinghe over twee poincten, huydens-daeghs in gheschil staende" at https://books.google.co.uk/books?id=7wOXDl_dP7YC seem to be Grevinchovius' version - but his Dutch title page says this is not like the edition Ames published with his additions, but honestly and in its entirety!
