Lord in second half of verse 14

[edit]

Note "Lord" in second half of verse 14 represents Hebrew "Adoni"; earlier printings of KJV (and Matthew Henry) have "Lord"; later ones have ""lord"; Samuel Bagster's edition erroneously introduced "Lord" and this was copied by the corresponding American edition. I am under the impression that the name represented in English by Jehovah/Lord never has pronouns such as "my"' or "our" attached. PeterR2 (talk) 09:05, 11 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
