I wonder about the need to keep the peculiar formatting, with the extra carriage returns within the names of YEVGENIY VIKTOROVICH PRIGOZHIN, and ALEKSANDRA YURYEVNA KRYLOVA, and others. If we just left those carriage returns out, it would be easier to read and understand and to wikilink from the names. I would like that but for now left the returns in so the appearance of the first page is as in the original. -- econterms (talk) 19:37, 18 February 2018 (UTC)
