Quick questions -- (1) how does "368 S. C. KOHS" appear in the transcribed wikitext? And (2), what is the preferred manual of style guidance in Wikisource for duplicating things like page numbers and repeating headers and footers from originals? I.e., should I be trying to incorporate all of the page numbers from this particular text? I found info that said the inclusion of page numbers is very important to court documents, but what about "plain old" books and journals like this example? -- Thekohser (talk) 14:16, 10 May 2010 (UTC)

Preserving the page numbers and chapter headings is the SOP. The pagination is set in the Index: namespace, this one is Index:Kohs-Block-Design tests-1920.pdf, and appears as the label for the link in Main. The heading appears above the new page, in the {{header}} template and probably in the text.
