I'm not aware of a template -- although I'd be happy to see and use one. I've seen two ways of handling them so far: I've been just including the extra text twice -- "includeonly"'ed on the first page, and "noinclude"'ed on the second. This makes each page look like the original, but creates a single complete footnote in a transcluded combination of the pages. A downside is that corrections in that portion would nee to be made twice, and it would be possible to miss one. Billinghurst prefers to just put the whole note on the first page. --DonDon-WS (talk) 13:04, 28 December 2009 (UTC)
